Scag Customer Satisfaction Surveys
May of 2003, Scag has sent Customer Satisfaction
Surveys to randomly selected registered owners of new Scag mowers
shortly after their initial purchase, and again after one-year
of ownership. During this time, we have collected tens of thousands
of surveys and massive amounts of data.
This information has proven to be incredibly valuable in the continual development and evolution of our product over the years. After all, the ultimate judge of our product is you, our customer.
One of the questions we ask on the survey is, "Would you buy another Scag mower or recommend one to a family member of friend?". Over 98% of respondents said "YES"!
Some companies might be satisfied with 98%, but we're not. While it is an impressive number, we will never be happy until we consistently attain 100%.
