A thru-bolt design and top-mounted grease Zerk results in easy blade replacement and greasing.
Lubrication diagrams in the manual clearly point out all grease Zerk locations.
Rather than replacing an entire frame in the event of an impact, the front caster extension is replaceable on various models.
Easy-to-service engine compartment and rear drive area. Select models feature a rear engine guard like shown.
Simple oil-drain system features a drain hose for clean, easy oil changes. Point the hose at your drain pan and unscrew the end.
Batteries are easily accessible from various locations on all models.
Under-the-seat mechanicals are clean, organized and easy to work on, and very easy to service.
A hinged floor plate for easy access to the cutter-deck mechanisms for cleaning, etc., means quick maintenance.
Two easy-open latches make changing canister or standard air filters a breeze.
A self-tensioning belt system eliminates belt adjustments, lessening maintenance and extending belt life for longer-term belt-replacement frequency.
Cutter-deck belt cover is easily removed by loosening the thumb screws.
Only one hydraulic reservoir and one filter need to be checked in the event of a hydraulic issue.
